Lucky students!  You get a whole week’s break next week.  We teachers have to go to “school” on Thurdsay and Friday for convention.

This week, I want you to write a blog entry about what you will be doing next week.

Since most of you are farm kids, I want to know what kinds of chores you will be doing.  (Even if you AREN”T farm kids, what are some chores you still have to do).    I did not grow up on a farm or in a small town.  Please give lots of details as to the work you must do.

Next, what will you be doing for fun during your vacation.  Will you be going on a trip away from home? What will you be doing?   Where?  For how long will you be away?  (Who will do your chores while you are away?)

I expect your post to be at least 2 paragraphs of 3 – 5 sentences each.  Due February 13.

Happy holidays! We have just broken up for half term too, all feeling very tired but happy about our work this term.

We would love you to come and see what we have been up to. We have just finished an amazing project making a film of Hansel and Gretel. We would love some comments!

I have put a link in our blog to here, and would really appreciate it if you did the same.

Enjoy your time off – I know I will!

Its been awhile since I have commented, we have been very busy here in Missouri with our science fair projects. Lucky, lucky, lucky students. I am sure everyone has enjoyed the break. We just came back from a four day weekend. Really pleased to see we are starting to share some common readers between our two blogs. Thanks for the comments on our Ice Day post and all of your other comments. Please continue to visit and my class looks forward to hearing from you.

Look out kids even though there is no school there is still a lot of work to do so don’t imagine it as summer break. You should check out our blog http://www.rm10mis.blogspot.com
